When I was building my carpet cleaning company, one of the most effective things we did was to get together every week for a "Manager’s" Meeting. Even today, one of the most effective implementation methods is weekly meetings. If you have a staff meeting every 30 days, it allows too much time to drift in between. Something that you may not know about me – I spent many years studying small group dynamics. I found that there are dramatic benefits over and above other methods of learning. For example, with "information" (books and cds), you get just that – information. Again, I certainly don’t want to discount these valuable tools. I devour absolutely as much information as I can get my hands on. In fact, I could probably be labeled an "information junkie". But you have to use the information! The advantage of weekly small groups over information is that you have the support and accountability in place to help you implement.

The advantage of small groups of 12 over a large group is obvious.

With a large group people are inhibited. Large groups are great environments to learn, just not the best environment. Just like books and tapes, I love seminars. I love going to seminars and I love teaching seminars. I get a lot out of them and you can really learn a lot. They can change your business. But at some point, you hit the saturation point. Plus, on a tele-seminar, you don’t know who is on the line, so people don’t tend to share the really juicy stuff!

My Weekly Implementation Groups are limited to 12 people on the call. You know EXACTLY who is on the line. Everyone has to introduce themselves. If you are not willing to actually say something, you cannot be a part of these groups. Sorry. It just won’t work otherwise. You have to at least introduce yourself during the "ice-breaker" and you have to verbalize your goals. Don’t worry, it’s a really fun environment.

Can small group calls be even more powerful than one-on-one coaching?

I think so. Again, not to discount what can be accomplished with private consultations with me (which you can continue to get as an Inner Circle Member). "Frankly I was skeptical"

"I’ve been in this business for over 22 years. During that time we have implemented many different strategies in our business in an effort to improve it. Some of these we dreamed up ourselves. Thank You!  In November 2004 I attended your Million Dollar Marketing Secrets Seminar at the Connections Convention and Trade Show.  Before entering the seminar I was not expecting to see or hear to much that I have not already heard from so many others in our industry.   By about 15 minutes into the program I looked at my Mother and said whatever this guy is selling, were buying it!  After the seminar my Mother and I went to see you and Jimmy at your booth and ended up buying all of the modules you were offering at the show.  That is how we began our relationship with your company.
